If you need to cancel your enrollment you must notify Empire School of Real Estate, in writing, five days prior to the start of the course.  We will then refund monies paid, less $75.00  fee.  There is no refund after a course begins.
We reserve the right to cancel a course up to the day before commencement due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather or any other emergency situation. 
In the unlikely event that a course is canceled you are entitled to:

  • a credit valid for one (1) year from date of original course.
  • a refund
  • a transfer.
