If you need to cancel your enrollment you must notify Empire School of Real Estate, by email (empireskl@aol.com) or fax (914 776-0377), five days prior to the start of the course.  We will then refund monies paid, less $75.00  fee.  There is no refund after a course begins.
We reserve the right to cancel a course up to the day before commencement due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather or any other emergency situation. 
In the unlikely event that a course is canceled you are entitled to:

  • a credit valid for one (1) year from date of original course.
  • a refund.
