Subomi Macaulay

Subomi Macaulay is an Associate Broker, ITI and a College Professor who teaches Principles of Real Estate. In addition, she has become the Expert in SHORT SALES and FORECLOSURES in Westchester County. She teaches at Empire Real Estate School and the Housing Action Council.  She started out in the real estate business in 2005 after 20 years in corporate finance and accounting. For each of the 4 years she has been in the business, she has consistently been a top producer winning awards for her outstanding performance from Century 21 and the Westchester County Board of Realtors. Subomi is a member of the Westchester County Board of Realtors, the New York Association of Realtors and the New York State Real Estate Educators Association.

She is an experienced trainer whose passion is working with both buyers, sellers as well as agents to ensure their needs are met at every step of the transaction from the initial first meeting to closing. After working with homeowners in distress, she wrote a course that was an instant HIT for home owners who are facing financial stress in today’s real estate market. Subomi was invited to teach prospective home buyers on the Role of a Realtor in the home buying process and again met with instant success. Her natural ability to create an interactive learning environment where participation is welcome has made her a sought after instructor. She is also a Notary Public with 10 years experience.
